Every organization wants a safe, accident-free workplace. HIRA – Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment – is the proactive way to get there: find the hazards before they cause harm, assess which risks matter most, and act on the priorities.

In this short course you will learn what a hazard and a risk really are, how ISO 45001:2018 expects hazards to be identified, how to assess and prioritize risks with a risk matrix and a risk register, and how to eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risk using the hierarchy of controls. A final practice video brings it together with real workplace scenarios from factories, warehouses and offices.

The course is narrated in Bangla with English slides, and takes about 45 minutes. Pass the short final quiz to receive your certificate.
